Cheeko The Clown is a character created  by Tommy Templeton, a professional entertainer based in Scotland. Cheeko has been around for over 15 years and has an excellent  reputation for his professionalism. Cheeko has appeared on Television on  numerous occasions (see Happy Customers for details), from adverts  to Children’s shows and was once a prize on the Wheel Of  Fortune.

Tommy started getting involved with the Variety Club  in 1991, he enjoyed the work so much that he  joined the Variety Club on Wednesday 14th of October 1992. Since that date  Cheeko has performed all over Scotland presenting Sunshine  Coaches, and entertaining children at Variety Coach Rallies.  The Variety Club honoured Tommy in November 1998 at their annual ball in  Glasgow. Tommy was presented with a silver Quaich for his contribution towards the Variety at Work, which entertains  thousands of kids a year, and Cheeko never missed a show.

Tommy Templeton is Cheeko The Clowns  alter ego. Tommy joined Paisley Magic Circle on the 7th of September 1972, he  has won the Close-up, Stand-up and children’s competitions all in the one year,  he was President of the Paisley Magic Circle from 1984 till 1987 and has  lectured at most of Scotland’s magic clubs. Tommy has performed at a host of  Scotland’s top venues, including the Hilton Hotel Glasgow, Cameron House Loch  Lomond, Caledonia Hotel Edinburgh, Royal Concert Hall Glasgow, Beach Pavillion  Aberdeen, Exhibition and Conference Centre Edinburgh, and many more.
